Salary analysis
One of the most sensitive questions in the area managing human resources is employee´s salary. This area is influenced by many factors. Knowledge of labour market situation and the right phylosophy in motivation and payroll system are basic attributes of strong personnel politics. Ther right setting of payroll system creates assumes for creating stabile working team, decreases fluctuation of employees and increase company´s competition ability.
The aim of salary analyse is to offer relevant infos to company management by establishing of salary levels and system of payroll in the company. Salary analyse also offers rich information about trends and developing in payroll of employees in particular industries.
The salary analyse output for client is the scheme of employee´s salaries and benefits on positions in competitive companies, eventually in companies with similar sight.
Salary analyse is executed on sample of cca. 5 companies. Selection of these companies is influenced by client´s needs and also experiences of InfoWork employees and their detail knowledge of slovakian labour market.
The most frequent companies selection criteria for salry analyse are:
- Area of action (same, event. similar area )
- Company dimension (market deal, number of employees,...)
- Location
- Other criteria (time of operating in market, number of branches, ...)
Realization process
In appreciation of reaching the aim of salary analyse, InfoWork agency will collect promary data from sources of InfoWork agency and sister company APPEL COUNSELLING, and also from other reachable data. Acquired data are introduced as chart and summary is introduced in text form. Because of ethical codex of InfoWork agency, there are no data summary report, which can lead to identification of companies included in research. Companies are defined only secondary symbols (for example trade company with building chemistry, engineering company with german capital participation,...)
