PERSONNEL ANALYSIS

The objective of our Personnel Audit service is to provide you with an individual personality profile and evaluation of every candidate or every employee in your organisation.

It is an independent review and appraisal of all your personnel and their operations which helps you to determine efficiency, effectiveness and the suitability of different methods of human resources management.

Offers the customer individual personable profile of each evaluated candidate, company employee. Personable profile prepresents:

  • presents information which is needed for making responsible decisions in the selection of employees or for specification of their further professional career
  • is determined by individually selected psychological methods
  • characteristics included in the profile can be modified according to the requirements of a particular job position

The final report includes a verbal presentation and graphical illustrations of the employees’ personality profiles, evaluation of the employees’ personality abilities in relation to their position and suggestions for further professional career development.

AUDIT OF MANAGING SKILLS

Is a counselling service representing qualified and independent judgement of company´s managing potential, that offers:

  • identification of personable characteristics and managing powers of the employees,
  • identification of possible individual limiting situations and suggestion to its solution,
  • objectivity of evaluating of relevant indicators,
  • proposals of further personnel and professional development and self-realisation of the employee considering the goals of the company,
  • proposals of optimal personnel occupation of leading positions.

The final report inclused complete elaboration of all quantitative and qualitative indicators.

ASSESSMENT CENTRUM

Is an answer to the question how to make recruitment process more effective. It is done by the assistance of methods such as:

  • Model situation solving, individual and group tasks
  • Psychological diagnostics

At the end of the assessment center you will know how your future employee can solve problem situations, how he/she can cope with stress situations, how he/she is dealing with conflict situations, how he/she reacts and communicates with his/hers environment and much more. This method is highly effective especially by selection of employees for managing positions and positions focused on business and sales, for example business representatives, sales directors or project managers.

Unfortunately most employers are at some point faced with the necessity of laying off employees. Managing redundancy situations can be difficult as it effects not just those who are laid off but also those who remain with the company. If redundancies are handled badly, a company risks damaging morale and reducing employee motivation and company loyalty among those who remain with the company. Redundancies can also have a negative impact on the company's image.

Outplacement is designed to help companies and effected employees in a redundancy situation and reduce the negative effects that redundancies can cause. Helping people being laid-off helps to avoid conflicts within your company and creates a positive image of your company as trustworthy employer which will help you to attract potential new employees in the future.

Together with our sister companies, Info Work and Excellent Training, APPEL COUNSELLING offers you a complete Outplacement program that will prepare the employees being laid off for searching for a new job and help them to succeed in the labour market. The program often leads to a change in their way of thinking. Many change their field of activity for positions where they have an opportunity to use their abilities more effectively. Many experts say that most people who have participated in an outplacement program are able to find a new job within six months of their lay off.

Our program offers a unique form of cooperation with three companies. APPEL COUNSELLING provides outplacement consulting and aims to place the dismissed employees in positions of top and middle management, Exellent Training ensures the training of the employees involved in the outplacement programme and InfoWork is responsible for searching for new job opportunities in operational and lower positions using its network of branches all over Slovakia. Our program is the first such project of cooperation in this field in Slovakia and through this cooperation we are able to meet your territorial requirements and also to cover a whole range of positions.

Used methods:

  • personal analysis – tests and interviews, production of an individual employee profile
  • registration of data into ourpersonnel database and an effort to involve the candidates in available selection processes
  • training programme aimed at an orientation of the labour market, methods of searching for a new job, self-presentation and motivation
  • individual consulting for the dismissed employees with our consultants for a period of 3 months
  • outsourcing – transition of the employee into an external contractor company
