Foundation of independent personnel management and projects division of APPEL InfoWork corporation based in new offices in Istropolis building at Trnavské Mýto
1996
Separation from APPEL InfoWork corporation and creation of a new personnel consultancy APPEL COUNSELLING, Ltd.
1997
Services extended to offer clients complete personnel consulting services in the fields of search and selection for top and middle management positions, projects and training programs
1998
APPEL COUNSELLING became a member of the international network of personnel and consulting companies AIMS (Associates for International Management Search)
1999
APPEL COUNSELLING began providing personnel and consulting services at an international level and was awarded “Partner of the Year 1999” at the AIMS Conference in Copenhagen.
2000

An independent company Excellent Training was separated from APPEL COUNSELLING to focus solely on training and educational programs.
2002
A new product, OUTPLACEMENT, was introduced to the market through the successful cooperation of APPEL COUNSELLING, Infowork and Excellent Training.
2004
Introduction of , a unique service of obtaining references of candidate's for a position in your company and to provide you with detailed information about their previous work performance, skills and experience. APPEL COUNSELLING, together with the other members of Appel Group, InfoWork and EXCELLENT TRAINING, began to sponsor an annual indoor football cup, APPEL Group Cup.
2005
Fond to support good ideas was founded by Appel Group.
We have acquired a Quality Certificate ISO 9001:200
2007
Appel Group took over the responsibility over the charitative football leage for the children form Children homes, called Appelia Cup

The seat of the company moved to the new premises in Leškova 3A, Bratislava.
